Harilaos Loukos

CLIMPACT Co-founder, President and CSO, Doctor in Climatology, Climate expert to the EEC.

Before founding CLIMPACT, Harilaos Loukos was a climate researcher at "Institut Pierre Simon Laplace" (IPSL), the main French climate research organization.  He has 13 years of experience in climate research among which three in the US (University of Washington and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).  He is the author of several A rank publications in pear reviewed scientific journals and serve as climate expert to the European Commission. Before founding CLIMPACT, he followed a special course at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) for start-up entrepreneurs.

Harilaos Loukos is also a board member of  "Comité Richelieu", the French association of innovative companies, and a member of the Scientific Commitee of "Finance for entrepreneurs" , an associative think-tank for the research and publication of innovating concepts regarding the human element in venture capital."

Patrice Roussel

With a diploma from ESIEA, Patrice brings to the company 20 years of experience and knowledge of the market dedicated to enterprise solutions.

Prior to joining CLIMPACT, Patrice Roussel was Vice President and Operations Director at Reportive, a software vendor specialized in reporting. Before this, he became General Manager at Ajilon IT Consulting, a subsidiary from Ajilon France (Adecco Group). Patrice also spent 13 years at Sun Microsystems where he seat at different position Partner Sales Engineer, Major Accounts Sales Engineer, Enterprise Sales Director and Solutions Sales Director.
